Brian is an awesome guy. We had what we thought was a bed bug so we had Orkin come out and do an inspection. They took it with them to their "lab" and confirmed it was "110% a bed bug" and needed a $3000 extermination before they take over our house blah blah blah. We called Brian and asked for a second opinion. He said don't waste any money with Orkin OR HIM before we send a bug to Purdue's Pest Department and get it really confirmed. So we did and Purdue confirmed it was a bat bug not a bed bug. Brian was right and I will absolutely use Combs in the future if ever needed.

The owner, Brian is so efficient and on top of things when it comes to returning calls, setting up appointments, and listening to your concerns. He himself has come out when we had an ongoing carpenter ant problem. He and Doug kept at it until those pesky ants disappeared. Doug has been out regularly for our spring and fall treatments, and in between if the pests resurface. He is very knowledgeable, personable, and an all around great technician.
